Terms of Service

1. The Service

Index Intelligence helps you discover URLs from sitemaps, read Google Search Console index status for properties you own, and run deterministic technical checks. It is not a Google Indexing API product and does not submit ordinary web pages for indexing via unsupported APIs.

2. Your responsibilities

You may only connect sites and Search Console properties you are authorised to manage.

You must not use the Service to attack, scrape, or access systems you do not own.

You are responsible for how you act on diagnoses. Our inference is labelled as ours and is not Google’s verdict.

3. Quotas and availability

Google Search Console URL Inspection is subject to Google’s quotas. We rate-limit to protect that budget. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that Google’s data is complete.

4. Intellectual property

We retain rights in the Service. You retain rights in your content and site data. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost rankings, lost profits, or Google policy changes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including German mandatory law where it applies).

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend access for material breach or abuse. Upon termination we delete or anonymise project data within a reasonable period, subject to legal holds.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
