KVKK Information Notice
This notice is provided under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
1. Data controller

2. Categories of personal data
Identity and contact data (name, email), transaction security data (logs, IP), customer transaction data (projects, domains), and professional data if you act for an organisation.
3. Purposes
Providing the Service, authenticating users, connecting Google Search Console at your request, security, and fulfilling legal obligations.
4. Legal grounds (KVKK Art. 5/6)
Establishment or performance of a contract; legitimate interest provided it does not violate your fundamental rights; legal obligation; and explicit consent where required.
5. Recipients
Infrastructure and authentication processors, and Google when you authorise Search Console access. Transfers abroad are made with appropriate safeguards.
6. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You may learn whether your data is processed, request information, correction, deletion, or objection, and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing. Apply to remzi.aru@shlau.com. We respond within thirty days as required by law.
